Room with Shared bath    from $60/$80 sgl/dbl.  to $80/$100 sgl/dbl.         $20.00 for each additional person in a room over 2 (futons or day beds available) 
Prices include all-you-can-enjoy breakfast   13% HST applies

Discounts: 10% off: Y.H.A. members & Full-time Student (25 or younger), seniors 65+, fellow B&B owners, airline employees. Discounts not offered  when booking through a 3rd party

Cancellation Policy:  No charges if cancellation is notified 2 weeks prior to check in time, If notified less then 2 weeks, 40% of the total booking will be charged. If notified less than 3 days prior to check in time, the entire booking will be charged. If we do rebook the reservation then there would be no charge to you. For long group bookings of 7 room nights or more a 50% non-refundable deposit will be billed to your credit card 4 weeks before arrival, with the remainder 50% non-refundable, due on arrival date. No shows subject to pay the entire booking. No adjustments after check in.

Nothing is processed on your credit card until you arrive and alternatively you may pay with cash.
